Kino: a nickname, a story, a pipe
They called him Kino.
That’s what his wife, Savina, always called him.
And so it remained — for all those who had the privilege to know him, respect him, and love him.
Franco Coppo (1941–2025), son-in-law and successor to the founder Carlo Scotti, was much more than a leader.
He was the heart and soul of the Castello artisan’s workshop, the quiet guardian of an excellence passed down through generations.
With him, every pipe became a story. Every gesture, a ritual. Every day, a choice made with love.
Today, that story becomes a mark. A unique object to hold in your hands.
This is how “Kino” was born — a limited and numbered edition pipe created to honour his memory and preserve his legacy.
A precious creation, crafted with the same care, elegance, and reverence that Franco always embodied.
A symbol of gratitude, engraved with his nickname.
A tribute filled with the intensity of a life devoted to beauty and passion.
Only 100 pieces to celebrate a unique story.
Only 100 signatures to say: “Kino is still here.”
A tribute. A memory. A mark that remains.
